Program Pathways

  • Spark Crew (Ages 4–7):

Our youngest leaders develop their skills and understanding in reading, writing and math, through practical, purposeful, real-world activities. Learning experiences are enriched through imaginative play, creative expression and nature. Collaborative and open-ended projects are a fundamental element of the program. We focus on physical, social and emotional growth and wellness for developing self-direction in their learning.

  • Discover Crew (Ages 8–11):

Our young leaders build mastery in reading, writing and math by applying their knowledge from practical, purposeful, real-world activities to conceptual ideas. Curiosity, creativity and courage underpin the learning experiences that allow the Discover Crew to innovate, take risks and ask thought-provoking questions. Our young leaders develop their entrepreneurial skills by taking their product/service to a local entrepreneur market. Through physical fitness and health, and social and emotional well-being, our young leaders develop their strong and unique character as they learn the importance of being the best versions of themselves.
